Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Harry Styles EU merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized EU carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
